Step 1:Ｒequested Ｍaterials
第一步：所需材料
 
1.　One filled-out Application Form for Foreigner's Employment in China; (which can be downloaded on the website);
　　填寫正確的《外國人就業(yè)申請表》一份（可在網(wǎng)上下載）；
2.　Valid Business License or other legal Registration (copy)
　　經(jīng)年檢有效的營業(yè)執(zhí)照或其他法定注冊登記證明、組織機構(gòu)代碼證（復印件）；
3.　The curriculum vitae of the foreigner to be employed (printed in Chinese and stamped by the employer);
　　外國人履歷證明（中文打印，用人單位蓋公章）；
4.　The relevant credentials of the foreigner (provide reference letters issued by his/her former employer) 
　　外國人任職的相關(guān)資格證明（原工作過的單位出具從事與現(xiàn)聘用崗位工作相關(guān)的工作經(jīng)歷證明）；
5.　Educational certificates related with current job position (copy);
　　與所從事的工作相適應的學歷證明(復印件)；
6.　Valid passport of the foreigner (copy);
　　本人的有效護照復印件；
7.　Other documents requested by the certificate issuing authority.
　　發(fā)證機關(guān)需要的其他材料。

Step 2: Invitation Letter
第二步：通知簽證函
 
　　網(wǎng)上申報登記, 登陸網(wǎng)址：（上海市浦東新區(qū)人民政府主辦）
2.　Employment License original and copy
　　就業(yè)許可證原件及復印件
3.　Business license copy
　　企業(yè)營業(yè)執(zhí)照復印件,加蓋公章
4.　Passport copy
　　護照復印件

Step 3: Physical Verification
第三步：體檢
 
1.　A valid original passport or travel document
　　本人有效證件(原件+復印件)
2.　Four recent 2-inch photos (full face without hat)
　　營業(yè)執(zhí)照復印件
3.　Company’s business license or registration certificate 
　　免冠2寸照(4張)
4.　Total fee: 650 RMB
　　辦理費用：650元

Step 4: Alien Employment Permit
第四步：申辦《外國人就業(yè)證》
 
1.　Two filled-out Employment Registration Form of Foreign Employees in China; (which can be downloaded on the website);
　　填寫正確的《外國人就業(yè)登記表》二份（可在網(wǎng)上下載）；
2.　Copy of Employment License;
　　《外國人就業(yè)許可證書》（復印件）；
3.　Copy of labor contract / employment agreement signed by the employer and the foreigner to be employed
　　用人單位與被聘外國人簽訂的勞動合同
4.　Valid passport and visa of the foreigner; (Both original and copy are needed.)
　　本人的有效護照及簽證（正本及復印件）；
5.　Health certificate
　　上海市出入境檢驗檢疫局（電話：62688851）出具或確認的健康證明（復印件）；
6.　Three recently-taken passport photos.(Two of the photos should be pasted on the forms, and the other one will
　　be pasted on the employment permit.)
　　近期二寸證件照片三張（其中二張貼在表格上，一張制作就業(yè)證）；　
7.　Other documents requested by the certificate issuing authority.
　　發(fā)證機關(guān)需要的其他材料。

Step 5: Residence Permit
第五步：居留許可申請
 
1.　Submitting the Foreigner Visa and Residence Permit Application Form completely filled up
　　提交填寫完整的《外國人簽證、居留許可申請表》
2.　One recent 2-inch half-length, bareheaded and full-faced photograph;
　　1張近期2寸半身正面免冠照片； 
3.　Original of the certificate of check-in in Shanghai (issued by the hotel or the police substation of the area
　　where the lodging takes place);
　　在滬住宿登記證明原件（賓館或住宿地派出所出具）；
4.　Originals of the valid passport and visa;
　　本人有效護照及簽證原件； 
5.　Original of the Health Certificate
　　提交市衛(wèi)生檢疫部門出具的健康證明原件（長寧區(qū)金浜路15號）； 
6.　Official letter of application of the unit; 
　　提交單位申請公函； 
7.　Original and the copy of the Certificate of Approval of Enterprise, the Duplicate of Business License or the
　　Representative Agency　Registration Certificate and the organization code;
　　提交企業(yè)批準證書、營業(yè)執(zhí)照副本或代表機構(gòu)登記證、組織機構(gòu)代碼證的原件及復印件；
